Middle Project Manager (Contract, Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Middle Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management and Process Implementation to lead the development and implementation of the new internal systems and business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup, is a must
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
• English at least B2
• Ukrainian and/or Russian language is a plus
