Senior Instructional Designer (Contract, Remote)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that combine the best of digital and human interaction. We're looking for someone who has a background in instructional design and AI implementation, understands the capabilities and limitations of LLMs, and can prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goals
• Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionals
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning
