Instructional Designer

Müller's Solutions is looking for a creative and passionate Instructional Designer to join our team and develop engaging and effective learning experiences for clients and learners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate training or e-learning context
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative learning experiences
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
