Instructional Designer

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective digital training content that supports the deployment, maintenance, and operation of Anduril’s advanced technology products to both internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing eLearning content in a corporate, technical, or defense-related environment.
• Proven expertise with Articulate Storyline.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
• Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration best practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple development projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and trainers.
