At ING, we believe in celebrating what makes you unique. As a Portfolio Manager, youâll play a pivotal role in steering strategic change across the Digital Tribe, partnering closely with the Tribe Lead on tribeâwide matters and leading major tribeâwide initiatives.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted partner to the Tribe Lead across strategy, operations and people topics, supporting prioritization, planning, governance, reporting and risk management.
- Help drive a highâengagement, highâperformance culture in partnership with HR and tribe leadership.
- Lead endâtoâend financial and investment management for the tribe, including run and change spend, budgeting, forecasting, investment governance and benefits tracking.
- Provide senior project leadership for major tribeâwide initiatives, ensuring clear sequencing, strong stakeholder alignment and active management of risks and dependencies.
- Drive delivery discipline, crossâtribe alignment and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
