Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape how millions of Australians experience our digital ecosystem every day. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you'll take the lead on solving complex problems, crafting intuitive mobile-first experiences, and championing design that genuinely improves customers' lives.
Requirements
- Drive end-to-end experiences across mobile and digital platforms, from Discovery, Research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Digital stakeholders to create simple, seamless and mobile-first digital experiences.
- Develop and communicate design concepts, rationale, and customer insights that influence product direction.
- Champion human-centred design across the organisation, advocating for quality, accessibility, and consistency.
- Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing design culture.
