Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting and Reporting Expert I to join our Global Finance Services team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting and reporting activities, including execution of product and general ledger accounting, preparation of regulatory reports, and management of month-end intercompany reconciliation processes.
Requirements
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
- Master's degree and Certified Public Accountant certification desired
- Basic to proficient understanding of banking knowledge and products
- Knowledgeable on IFRS
- Understanding of key financial markets and lending products traded in ING, as well as key EU regulations
- Experience of UAT testing for system changes
- Ability to work on tasks and manage own time to meet deadlines
- Skilled in communicating on complex topics and solutions
- Comfortable working in an international context
- Transparent, flexible, and motivated
