Associate Structured Acquisition Finance (small and medium enterprises)

We are looking for a driven, customer-oriented Associate with strong social and analytical skills to support private equity clients in achieving optimal acquisition financing through thorough analysis.

Requirements

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector, preferably in a transaction-driven environment
• Knowledge of complex financing structures, including acquisition financing
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
