Job Description
ING is looking for a Business Analyst to work in their Accounting Core Capabilities team. The role involves analyzing processes, assessing impact, and designing solutions for the front-to-back processing chain of a large Dutch bank with an extensive international network. The successful candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, an interest in accountancy, processes, IT, and banking products, and a drive to learn about the Accounting domain and tools.
Requirements
- University (Master's) degree in (Management) Accounting & Control, Business IT, Accountancy or (Business) economics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Affinity with IT and innovation
- Understanding and knowledge of the banking processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Agile way of working
- Knowledge of (Product) Accounting concepts
- Basic understanding of IFRS
