Job Description
ING Hubs Philippines is looking for a Business Analyst to work in the Statutory and Regulatory Reporting Tribe. The Business Analyst will analyze complex Finance business issues, design solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver standardized, uniform, and fully adapted solutions for complex Finance issues and processes.
Requirements
- Education at Bachelor/Master level in (business) administration or comparable
- Knowledge of and experience with Business Analysis
- Integral, cross domain knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Expert with strong analytical skills, using state of the art methods and techniques
- Experience with Agile and Lean
- Knowledge and experience in business and IT in e.g., the area of process management, financial services
