Job Description
ING is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Conversion and Underwriting Team of Mortgages Tribe. The role involves connecting business areas and understanding their needs, generating data-driven analysis and recommendations, and supporting business needs through descriptive analysis and diagnosis. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other degree with strong analytical content, and at least 3-4 years of experience in a comparable role. Key skills include proficiency in PowerBI, SAS, SQL, and Excel, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
