Job Description
We have a newly created role for an Assistant to the Governance and Company Secretary, supporting ING's Australia Board, Board Committees and Executive Committee functions and processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in governance administration, legal operations, corporate services or providing executive/board support with a corporate environment
- Proven experience in effectively supporting senior stakeholders, operating with discretion in confidential matters.
- Microsoft 365 proficiency and ideally; experience with governance systems/portals
