Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Centre Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at ING. As a Data Centre Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the physical deployment and maintenance of critical IT hardware and cabling systems. You will work closely with other teams within ING to deliver Global Data Centres Services.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
- At least a diploma in IT, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards, preferably NEN3140 (VOP Minimum, VP preferred)
- Valid VCA
- Valid drivers license (B) and willing to travel between our datacentre sites
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary
- Ability to lead projects, create work instructions, do quality assurance and 'give hands' to the people who need it
- Team oriented mindset with hands on attitude and attention to detail
