We are looking for a Global Strategic IT Procurement Specialist to join our team in ING Hubs Poland. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in IT Procurement, a master's degree, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with global business partners, leading e-sourcing initiatives, managing global contracts, and supporting vendor relationship management.
Requirements
- Master degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience in IT Procurement
- Strong negotiation skills based on data and facts
- Experience in working with global purchasing agreements
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and independent approach
- Good grasp of working in international environments
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Very good English skills (B2/C1)
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools
