We are seeking a Head of Financial Institutions in our Czech Republic office. As a strong leader with experience in end-to-end responsibility, you will drive strategy setting and execution, and lead a team of professionals in the wholesale banking sector.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- 5+ years of WB experience with demonstrated understanding of FI sector, clients as well as products
- Demonstrated leadership experience with end-to-end responsibility
- Cultural- and organizational sensitivity, excellent interpersonal skills
- An entrepreneurial mind set, efficient team player
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Czech and English
