Job Description
As an intern in the Human Resources department of ING in Singapore, you will provide support to various HR functions, including People Services, Talent & Learning, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners. The role will involve tasks such as HR administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, and project management.
Requirements
- Legal work rights in Singapore
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with handling large volumes of information
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to visualize and understand the end to end of a process
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Reasonable level of savviness with IT to use HR systems and data
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Resourceful and willingness to learn
