Job Description
The Intern - RE Sector will support the Real Estate team in Italy by structuring new transactions, analyzing market trends, and performing monitoring tasks. The role is a 6-month internship with a focus on cash flow based financing structures.
Requirements
- University / graduate (or student close to graduation) with degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and/or with training in financial analysis
- Proven analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) and in particular Excel
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Team working attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work reliably and accurately under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and proactive
- Drive to constantly learn and improve
