Senior Analyst - FM Reconciliations

Senior Analyst - FM Reconciliations is responsible for mentoring junior staff, providing training, and recommending process improvements. They handle a variety of tasks, ensure accuracy and compliance, and assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in key components of reconciliation processes
• Ability to mentor and provide targeted training to junior staff
• Proactive identification and recommendation of process improvements
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data
• Ability to meticulously verify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
• Collage graduate from a respected Tertiary Institution or equivalent working experience
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reconciliations, financial analysis, or related roles
• Microsoft O365 proficiency
• Familiar with any reconciliation tools (example: Duco Tool and Intellimatch)
• Knowledgeable in swift messaging (MX or MT)
