Job Description
ING Americas is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing incident and problem management activities, providing level-2 support, and finding opportunities to automate testing and deployments. The role requires advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL, as well as experience with interest rate and FX derivatives valuation and market risk modeling.
Requirements
- Financial knowledge on interest rate and FX derivatives valuation and market risk modeling
- Functional incident management on a front office pricing application
- Supporting end users in using the application and enriching back-end databases with new products, reports, and scheduled tasks
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with IT Service Management / ITIL processes
- Scripting knowledge (Powershell, Python, bash)
- Good team player with cross-functional skills
