Job Description
ING is seeking a skilled Vice President of Compliance Quality Assurance to assist in the execution of the Firm’s Quality Assurance program within the Compliance organization. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in compliance testing or internal audit at a Foreign Banking Organization regulated by the Federal Reserve and NY Department of Financial Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or other relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 5-7 years of compliance testing or internal audit experience
- Testing experience in Broker Dealer and Foreign Bank Branch regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of FRB and NYDFS regulations. Working knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations.
- Proficiency with automated workpaper and issue management software solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in developing solutions
