Requirements

• International or Dutch graduate
• Bachelor and/or master's degree from a Dutch university
• Master's degree or a bachelor's degree with a max of 2 years work experience
• Commercial acumen and solid numerical and/or coding skills
• Analytical skills and ability to use data to support decision-making
• Strong English proficiency; fluency in Dutch is nice to have but not a deal breaker
