Senior Corporate Counsel

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. As a trusted legal partner, you will advise, draft, and negotiate sales and procurement contracts, and provide legal guidance to our Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams. You will also evaluate liability and risk exposure, support corporate law and civil litigation matters, and assist in implementing and maintaining internal policies and legal processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of U.S. commercial and corporate law
• Experience managing contracts and contract lifecycle management tools
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and analyze complex legal and business situations
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively across regions and functions
