USN Clinical PRN

This as-needed position acts as a contact between all clinical brands: US Nursing, Fastaff, Trustaff, and company brands, ensuring client's needs and expectations are met or exceeded from a clinical perspective.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
• Clinical knowledge of an array of nursing specialties
• Current unencumbered RN license in primary state
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good at following instructions and working independently
• Good organizational skills and time management skills are necessary
• Strong decision-making skills including the ability to extrapolate from written procedures and policies
• Good prioritization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Good reasoning and judgment skills
• A sense of urgency and desire to operate in a sales environment
• An ability to develop and maintain business relationships
• The ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations
• A disposition to function in a team environment and to maintain confidentiality
