Maintenance Supervisor

Ingerman is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities at their properties. This role involves performing repairs, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring property grounds and buildings are maintained to a high standard. The position requires a flexible schedule and on-call availability for emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of three years of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician
• Two years supervising 2 – 3 team members
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to provide guidance and direction to others
• HVAC certification is a plus
• EPA certification preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred
• Proficiency in performing plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
• Ability to follow direction and work independently
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment
• Willing to assist with other properties within the portfolio and surrounding portfolios as needed
• Willing to travel up to 15-25% of the time
• Must have hand tools
• ANSI approved steel-toe shoes/composite
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must have reliable transportation
