Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, performing repairs, and ensuring property grounds and buildings are in good condition. Key responsibilities include responding to work orders, conducting inspections, and providing training to maintenance technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of three years of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician
• Two years supervising 2 – 3 team members
