Requirements
- Serve as the primary technical expert, assisting customers with product selection, specifications, and compatibility to facilitate sales.
- Manage relationships with large OEM customers, including communication, quality reporting, and engineering support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain—to address customer needs and drive growth.
- Travel to onsite customer visits and trade shows.
- Provide pricing recommendations to product managers and sales teams based on: manufacturing cost, market dynamics (average selling price, competitive offers, and value differentiators) and internal guidelines.
- Develop and deliver product training for commercial team members and partners.
- Manage application engineering projects according to process.
- Support of Demand Generation with development of white papers, marketing collateral, campaigns, or other lead generation tools.
