Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager plays a key role in ensuring the Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) division's adherence to US Government contracting requirements, policies, and regulations. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, from proposal through closeout, while maintaining compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable laws and standards.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer contracting officers and manage all contractual communications.
• Lead contract administration throughout the lifecycle, including review, negotiation, execution, amendments, and closeout.
• Interpret RFP/RFQ requirements, advise the program team on bid strategy, and ensure proposal compliance with solicitation terms, FAR, CAS, and other regulations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions while identifying and mitigating contractual and intellectual property risks.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop and manage subcontract flow-down requirements and evaluate supplier proposals for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain required contractual reports and documentation; assist with drafting of NDAs, MOUs, Teaming Agreements, Export Licenses, Technical Assistance Agreements, OCI Plans and other related agreements
