Order Management Executive

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Order Management Executive to join their team in Ahmedabad. The role involves order entry into Oracle/SAP systems, coordinating with Sales & Material teams, preparing reports, and ensuring timely shipment to customers. This position is contingent on a role in Gandi Group, possibly requiring deputization to Ingersoll Rand.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in order management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred from Mechanical value stream
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ERP software
• Understanding of Purchase order, Shipping documents, INCO terms, freight terms
• Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical value stream (preferred)
