Order Administration Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking an Order Administration Specialist to handle order management functions, reconcile orders, and ensure compliance with Coherent's policies. The role involves interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives, as well as working closely with finance, planning, and manufacturing operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Order Management Environment with increasing levels of responsibility
• Experience in ERP systems, such as Oracle R12 Order Management, Customer Master, CRM, Service Contracts, IB
• Experience in International Order Processing knowledge and related skills - carrier and incoterms
• Experience in understanding inventory concepts and transactions
• Experience with MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
