We are seeking an Order Administration Specialist for our facility in Zeist, Netherlands. The role involves interacting with customers and sales representatives to handle order management functions, processing orders, reconciling orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, ERP systems, and international order processing knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in Order Management Environment with increasing levels of responsibility in order management
- Experience in ERP systems, such as Oracle R12 Order Management, Customer Master, CRM, Service Contracts, IB
- Experience in International Order Processing knowledge and related skills - carrier and incoterms
- Experience in understanding inventory concepts and transactions
- Experience with MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external personnel
