Order Management Administrator - Almere

Fortinet is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join their EMEA team in Almere. This role involves accurately processing purchase orders, working with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve issues, and ensuring on-time booking of orders. The position requires a commitment to order management best practices, compliance, and resolving backlog issues.

Requirements

• Interface with Customers, Sales, and other departments regarding order issues
• Review Sales Order documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Work closely with Operations, Shipping, and Sales to ensure terms and conditions are properly met.
• Ensure on time booking of all order types.
• Resolve all backlog issues including order hold release, product configuration issues, item number discrepancies and missing Purchase Order requirements.
• Provide quarter and month-end support to achieve corporate goals.
