Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join their Global Capability Centre in Bangalore. The role will assist in the rollout of company programs, processes, policies, and engagement activities, and will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, training, engagement, labor compliances, and grievance handling.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in engineering, technology, or GCC environments
- Proven experience across the HR value chain, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
- Strong communication, planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to analyze HR data, derive insights, and present stories through metrics
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Leads with empathy, integrity, and a growth mindset
