Job Description
Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead the full lifecycle sourcing for indirect spend categories, develop and execute category strategies, and leverage advanced analytics and AI/Gen AI tools to drive value, optimize cost, and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in indirect category sourcing or strategic procurement
- Strong track record with indirect categories
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data analytics, spend/supplier analytics, and procurement technologies
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Highly developed stakeholder management, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, change-management mindset and ability to work in a matrix/global environment
