R&D Development Chemist

We're seeking a R&D Development Chemist to join our dynamic team, pushing the performance boundaries of Caprolactone chemistry and developing innovative new products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for laboratory experimentation, development of new polymer materials and products, and record-keeping, with a focus on innovation, safety, and collaboration.

Requirements

• BSC or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• 3-5 years industrial laboratory experience
• Demonstrated expertise in polymer synthesis
• Strong working knowledge of analytical chemistry, polymer physical testing, and thermal analysis methods
• Practical knowledge of laboratory safety principles and hazardous chemicals (REACH, COSHH)
• Knowledgeable in Design of experiments and statistical analysis
• Basic project management skills
