Job Description
The Customer Service Manager provides and maintains high standards of customer service in the store’s front-end operations, supervising and directing all front-end activities and operations.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous cashier or front-end experience is required
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs
- Must be able to read and do simple math problems
- Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years of age or older
