Bakery Manager

Ingles Markets is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee the effective operation of the Bakery Department and achieve sales and profit goals. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, train staff, and maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous bakery experience is required
• Food safety knowledge is required
• Previous team management experience is a plus
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs
• Must be able to read and do simple math problems
• Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• 18 years of age or older
