Grocery Manager

Ingles Markets is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead the effective operation of the Grocery Department and achieve sales and profit goals. The role involves providing excellent customer service, scheduling associates, training new personnel, and maintaining inventory control.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
• Previous grocery department experience (preferred)
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs
• Must be able to read and do simple math problems
• 18 years of age or older
