Ingram Marine Group is seeking qualified Linehaul Pilots to ensure the safe navigation and high performance of our vessels on various rivers. The successful candidate will have proven leadership abilities and be responsible for supervising a crew.

Requirements

• Proven leadership abilities
• Safety of the crew, vessel, environment and towing operations
• Supervision of the Mate and Deckhands
• Vessel compliance with USCG and environmental laws and regulations
• Basic critical thinking and decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
