Ingram Content Group is seeking a Client Integration Specialist to join their team. The role involves technical onboarding and integration of publisher partners onto the CoreSource platform. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 1 year of technical support experience, and 2 years of customer service experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or directly related year-for-year experience
- 1 year of technical support experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Publishing industry experience
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system
- Knowledge of Excel and ability to demonstrate proficiency and perform numerous tasks in Excel
- Knowledge of ONIX
