Ingram Content Group is hiring a Temporary Client Services Coordinator to contribute to their Ingram IPS team in Milton Keynes. The role involves providing customer service and assistance with orders and inquiries, working in a fast-paced environment to help connect people to content across the globe.
Requirements
- Respond to orders, admin requests, enquiries, return requests, problems, and special requests from clients and customers
- Process telephone orders accurately within the in-house database
- Liaise with other departments to resolve problematic orders/accounts
- Proactively engage in dialogue with clients and customers about their businesses and requirements
- Act as an advocate for client service needs and expectations
- Provide accurate information to customers on behalf of the Publisher client
- Communicate clearly and positively with other departments and colleagues about customer and client needs and expectations
- Take responsibility for the swift resolution of queries and communicate actions back to clients and customers
