Job Description
The HR Business Partner will work with business leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs, and develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BU-HR department's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of HRBP experience in a multinational company
- Academics: MBA Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges
- Industry exposure: Retail / FMCG / Distribution/ Technology only
