Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of strong customer service experience.
- Experience in channel sales, reseller partnerships, advanced solutions business, or IT distribution.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
