Food Technical Service Project Leader - Private Label

Join Ingredion as a Food Technical Service Project Leader to lead technical execution and project pipeline development for the US/Canada Private Label channel. Collaborate with retailers, clubs, and mass merchandisers to drive penetration and growth of Ingredion's solutions portfolio. Develop and deliver innovative ingredient solutions through hands-on formulation, prototype development, and solution demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields
• Solid experience in Food and Beverage R&D, Product Design, and Process Design and Improvement
• Understanding of common food processes, food ingredient functionality, and ingredient interactions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits, trials, and industry events
