Provide day-to-day technical support to customers and the local Food Ingredients sales team through product recommendations, process guidance, and troubleshooting. Work closely with commercial and technical teams to develop customer projects and deliver prototypes. Conduct lab trials, seminars, and training sessions to build application knowledge and product understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in meat and batter & breading applications; prior experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Strong ability to resolve complex technical situations and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High proficiency in computer literacy and a good command of spoken and written English.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a customer-facing technical role.
