Requirements

- Strong experience selling into office environments, facility services, workplace solutions, or related sectors.
- A hunter mentality with proven ability to generate business opportunities and close new contracts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a startup-style environment.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English.
