Outside Account Representative

Outside Account Representative responsible for delivering medical equipment and providing customer service to medical practices and hospitals in the Cleveland, OH territory. Develop and maintain client relationships, stock equipment, and manage accounts alongside sales reps. Competitive salary, quarterly bonus, company vehicle, and benefits package.

Requirements

• Delivers and conducts follow-ups on equipment needs for each medical facility
• Coordinates with territory sales rep to ensure every clinic has the necessary product
• Instructs the clinic on the safe and proper use of the equipment being delivered
• Completes all paperwork promptly and accurately
• Utilizes Sales Software to document customer visits, sales activity, inventory, etc.
• Responsible for storage of equipment within each facility
• Attends and actively contributes to group sales meetings and ongoing training
