Job Description
Join ]init[ and shape the digitalization in the public sector! As a Senior System Engineer (all genders) in Application Management, you'll be responsible for the stable operation and further development of business-critical applications, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to optimize operations. Contribute your expertise and work flexibly in Germany.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in supporting and further developing applications on Linux or Windows servers
- Solid knowledge of databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB), web servers (e.g. IIS, Apache, Node.js) and load balancers (e.g. NGINX, F5, HAProxy)
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- ITIL certification and active use of its principles
- Experience in IT projects for public clients (ideal)
- Very good German language skills and confident communication skills
