Environments Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and delivery of innovative exhibitions and booth projects, including timeline and budget management and stakeholder communication. You'll work with our teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure the smooth running of projects. We offer a hybrid working opportunity in Philadelphia, aligned with our creative and collaborative office.

Requirements

• Project Coordination: assist in planning, executing, and closing out Exhibit/ Environment projects according to deadlines against budget
• Budget Management: track budgets, client POs, and invoicing using our company tools
• Client and Stakeholder Support: provide timely communication and prepare presentations and documentation
• Onsite Support: travel globally for on-site set-up, delivery, and breakdown, and support the broader team onsite
