We are seeking an Associate Director, Brand Marketing to support the development and commercialization of key brand initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- MBA preferred
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience
- Experience supporting product or indication launches
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing agency partners
- Experience collaborating with field-based sales teams and understanding market access considerations
- Demonstrated ability to successfully achieve business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Therapeutic experience in CNS, primary care, rheumatology, pain, or related specialties preferred
