Job Description
Develop credit scoring models, validate and monitor them, design profit & loss forecasting models, perform portfolio analysis, and utilize machine learning techniques to estimate default probabilities and forecast credit loss.
Requirements
- Design and develop credit scoring models (LGD/PD/EAD/CECL/CCAR/BASEL/IFRS9)
- Validate and monitor credit scoring models
- Design profit & loss forecasting models
- Perform portfolio analysis to assess default risk
- Analyze credit bureau attributes, alternative data sources, and behavioral variables
- Perform quantitative analyses on banking retail lending products
- Utilize machine learning techniques (GLM, Survival analysis, Random Forest, etc.)
- Use tools (Python, R, Spark, PySpark, SQL, Hadoop, GitHub, SAS EG, Linux)
- Document, communicate, and monitor model risks
